they're all very awesome!
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil holds a whole different status, though.

Ayan betrayed Alizeh for Saba's love
and Alizeh found her new love of her life, DJ Ali.
They both regretted their mistakes;
got back together.
In between the conflicts, Ayan became a popular singer,
sang really great songs.
The real story line:
The plot twist was insane!
Ayan was dating Lisa, a hot French chic and Alizeh had to marry Dr Faisal
due to the family arrangement.
Lisa and Dr Faisal hooked up when all four of them were on a double date.
Ayan got his heartbroken but Alizeh told him; it's not a broken heart.
They went to Paris, for
'retreating session', giving their hearts a holiday break.
At one of the club, Alizeh met her long lost lover; DJ Ali.
She broke down and wanted to fly back to London,
but DJ Ali finally said sorry for what's happening and she got back together with him.
Ayan left them, he's back in London.
The next few weeks, Alizeh called Ayan,
informing that her family disowned her for not marrying Dr Faisal
and DJ Ali proposed her and Ayan was the only 'family' she had
and Ayan needed to be at her wedding.
The faithful friend, Ayan attended the wedding even if his heart was broken to pieces.
Alizeh thought of him as the only best friend, but he had a totally different feeling.
Ayan left the wedding.
Ayan met Saba, a divorced woman at the airport,
they kept in touch since then,
Saba was a poet, Ayan composed songs using her poems,
the relationship was pretty intimate.
Saba told Ayan, she can't give herself any chance to love anymore,
thus the relationship they had was purely based on lust and desire.
One day, Ayan and Saba met Saba's ex-husband who was still in love with her
and their conversation made Ayam think of Alizeh again.
They're finally meeting each other again in Vienna
and had dinner together, at Saba's place.
Of all touches of sarcasm in the dialogues,
rhetoric questions, and honest answers;
Saba realized that she had been lying to herself for this while.
She fell for Ayan and had given herself another chance to love someone,
but she knew Ayan would never love her the way Ayan loved Alizeh,
so she let Ayan go.
But for Alizeh,
Ayan was her family, friend and strength;
she didn't love Ayan as a lover
because love was her weakness.
They were all separated;
Ayan became a very popular singer in London
and after two years his path and DJ Ali's path crossed.
Alizeh left DJ Ali,
cause he couldn't love her the way she wanted him to.
Ayan, started to search for Alizeh again.
They met at Alizeh's secret place;
the rooftop where she would spend time alone
when the world brought her down.
Alizeh was eventually dying;
she had cancer.
Ayan became her greatest strength towards the end of her life;
as a friend, still,
not as a lover.
I cried,
for Ayan's love.
I laughed,
for Alizeh's positivity.
I was surprised
of Saba's decision.
I was delighted,
by the story line and songs that were played in between those plots.
