Graduating, soon!

It's been almost 4 years since I first came to Montreal and I kid you not,
I feel sad that the time flies so fast
and Montreal will be another city that I'll miss.

I bet all my American and British uni graduate friends already
suffered from this feeling and I can't believe that soon it will my turn.

My family is kind enough to consider coming here for my graduation,
I convince them not to, because of the expenses
and the complicated visa application
but they're halfway there.

My parents and youngest sister, Ina, they might have some complications though
because they're not in Malaysia currently,
they're all the way in Turkmenistan and there's no Canada visa office there
so they might need to fly in and out of Dubai along the process
and my dad's company isn't super happy about that.

So, we might consider other alternatives, we'll see.

The one big thing about the graduating semester is the
pre-grad photos!
I paid $13 for the sitting,
and for them to take my picture so it'll be
on the wall of fame at McGill Engineering Building!
One day, I want my kids to study at McGill
and when they pass by Trottier Building,
I want them to see my picture there hehe.

I paid another $120 for the other 8 pictures,
soft-copy and although it's super expensive,
I kinda wanna do it cause it'll be once in a lifetime opportunity.

I present to you all my pre-grad photos!

They're gonna choose this one for the wall of fame

Insert Shawn Mendes' song, Roses:
will you let it die or let it grow

Or probably this one for the wall of fame, I'm not sure

My favorite picture of all

Look, mom! I almost did it!

My support system :')

My ECSE girls xo

We're just the cutest!

They're so many people that I want to thank,
but I might leave the whole speech after my graduation ceremony.

lots of love,
