I've been missing for the last 3 months. Well, not really. Instagram might classify me as an active user for the last 3 months. I just didn't blog. Most of the time it's because I don't have time and partly because I'm writing poems.
Yes, you heard me right. I'm writing poems now. Probably if you read my blog since 2009, you'd notice that I am into poem ever since, but I just don't have the guts to publish them.
Well, publish on the Instagram account, big deal -.- haha but it is actually, for me. Just because I created another Instagram account for my poems! (Oh well, it started off with posting my films). Speaking of films, I'm mediocre, not into it. Just as a side hobby.
But poetry, probably something I would invest my time on. I did. I will.
My Fall semester was alright, I didn't get a 3.5GPA, quite sad but I should be thankful cause my overall CGPA was still good.
I passed a 4-stage job interview by Rio Tinto to get the experience and to know what the current job field wants. It's actually a pretty stressful yet fun process. I'll share with you about that more! Long story short, I was offered a job there as an Electrical Engineer but I had to turn that down because I should be serving for TNB in Malaysia for 7 years. I cried on the day I had to turn this down, because of 1. I never expected myself being offered a job in Canada. 2. It's freaking Rio Tinto. 3. I should be more mentally prepared. After all, my intention is just to gain some job interview experiences in Canada, right?
I spent three weeks in the West Coast of the USA with my best friend, Mimi and her sister, Kak Shasha. We went on a road trip and I'm not kidding, that's one the best trips in my whole life!
I also developed some serious celebrity crush on Shawn Mendes which was pretty shocking, because the last time I experienced this was during Narnia era, with Skandar Keynes. I realized all my celebrity crushes' names start with an S.

Not even kidding, this time it's pretty huge. I went to all his favorite places in LA hoping to bump into him, but he touched down in LA the day I flew out to Montreal. That's right, no fate.
I spent my birthday at the airport of Chicago alone because I had an 8-hour layover at midnight and I got stopped by the immigration officer because I looked like a child and I should be traveling with my parents. This happened on my 24th birthday lol.
I missed 1 week of class, I didn't miss as much though and I started going to the gym and playing squash with Nusaiba!!!
The start of 2019 was so cool! I did cry a couple of times, but I couldn't remember while because I was so content by the amount of joy I had.
My roommates had been spending so much time together, we hosted two game nights for a different group of friends for two weeks in a row because they're obsessed with card games! We spent so much money on candles but it was on sale so #noregrets!
My friends went karaoke together and lost our voice after two round of Shawn Mendes' songs! Reem helped me dying my hair ultra blonde but trust me it didn't turn out blonde, it's more brunette which was almost the color I wanted.
Kak Ellie and Abang Saidi with their cute daughter Orked Leilani had to go back to Malaysia for good, I helped kak Ellie babysitting Orked on their last day in Montreal.
Amina, my first baby (it's kak Zarina's baby but I knew her since she's still in her mom's tummy) turned 3. I've seen this girl grow up and it hurts me when I know I'll be leaving Montreal soon and I couldn't just see her whenever I want to.
That's pretty much what's happening in my life up till February 2019! More events happening now and soon! I'll share soon cause oh well I need to make use of the money spent to buy this domain hehe.
